Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Involved in a project team. Most of the time assisting the project manager and other stakeholders on creating decks, infographic and data evaluation on excel. Have the opportunity to attend daily internal meetings and client meetings.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, I was able to create a whole deck to be presented to the client. Also I help on some critical decks for the team. I was given many opportunities.

I received massive guidance from my project manager, who is very supportive. Also I receive trainings from the company early career team.

The company is network-centric. It's very important to expand network for future job opportunities. Deloitte Digital has a more casual style of working.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I have enjoyed most of it and learned a lot about many skills like PPT and Excel. What I learned more about is the ways to actually plan and manage a big project deliverable, and also the ways to interact with people outside work.

What advice would you give to others applying to Deloitte
The hardest is always the first step. The application process is quite challenging but everyone can definitely do a great job once in the office. Deloitte support everyone to flexibly pursue their own way in the career, which is what I want at the start of my career.
