Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

We mostly did group work with different activites on the first day and on the Second day we got a case to prepare for and present to a panel of senior executibes at deloitte.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Very enlightening to know there are many different pathways to choose from.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting. I think it definitely incentivised people to be more relaxed and stop feeling so pressured to show the seniors they were the best out of the lot.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

I really enjoyed the programme, particularly meeting new people from the programme and getting to ask the leadwrs of the programme about the work culture.
