Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the virtual experience and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I learnt about all the departments in BDO. I also had workshops with internal and external providers on various topics e.g. career planning, wellbeing etc.
I interacted with employees during organised lunches. I interacted with other participants in networking sessions and the social.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It has a very good culture. This may actually be the most attractive part of the company. Our CSR project was directly linked to the volunteer scheme they have. I was able to meet the BAME network and we were introduced to mentors and buddies.
