Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
To attend site visits on various projects, oversee the continued development of construction.Joining calls online with contractors and clients tackling any specific problems within projects and timelines.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
I was given more responsibility as the internship progressed from the beginning the internship involved more observation however by the end of the internship i was able to assist in conducting minutes within meetings.

I have developed my organisational skills as throughout the internship i was included in many different projects, as well as ensuring a high attention to detail on a day to day basis in every task .

I was provided with a mentor and a Line Manger who were both brilliant at guiding me throughout the whole of my internship experience. The rest of the team were also always keen to awnser any questions i had and explain their role and their projects .

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The atmosphere was very inviting and felt welcomed into the company from the first day of my internship. I was able to communicate within other people in the company from different teams and find out wider roles within the company culture.

Overall Experience
To what extent did you enjoy your placement / internship?
I very much enjoyed the 4 weeks internship it was a brilliant immersion into the culture of cushman and wakefield but also an invaluable learning experience to appreciate to the day to day role of a project manager within cushman and wakefield. I was able to join in on many projects and the team was always accommodating.
