Liaison Engineer Review

My role as a student initially invovled supportiung the team on their own problem solving topics in the plant, and then developed into me leading my own topics autonomously by the end of the year. Outside of this, I also had lots of personal development tasks that I worked on to ensure I was developing continuously

As my ability and confidence progressed through the year, so did the amount of responsibility I was trusted with. This resulted in me leading my own topics autonomously by the end of the year and leading my own teams on these projects aswell

Learning how touse industry wide softwares has been hugely benefical. Also developing my presentation skills will be hugely useful for when I return to university. My organisation skills have also developed hugely which will be another benefit for me heading into final year.

The department are very well organised and have a good student development programme. We also conducted a half way and full year portfoliuo review so you can see how you have progressed and get relevant feedback.

Great team all super passionate and enthusiatic. Always a very supportive atmosphere and great to be a part of
