The two days involved learning more about EY, the type of work which you would do in the specific service line that you applied to and hearing from employees of their career journey and experience of the firm.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There was the opportunity to network with employees from all service lines within the business which helped gain a detailed understanding into the huge variety of roles available at EY.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was friendly and welcoming. We were told immediately from the start that there was no such thing as a silly question and all the employees were extremely enthusiastic about the firm.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the insight event, particularly having the opportunity to go into one of their offices in real life and start to gain a feel for the company and their culture.
