Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
2 days for firmwide events with all divisions: company overview, charity group task, market overview, network events
2 days for division specific activities: shadowing for both sales and traders, panel discussions for sales and traders, coffee chat with sales and traders in both fixed income division and equity division, workshop for pitching
Last day for assessment centre for 2025 summer internship programme for sales and trading in London: 1 group exercise, 2 competency interviews, 1 technical interviews

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I learned a lot from the panel discussion and work shadowing in the trading floor for me to get a deeper understanding about different works or jobs for sales and traders as well as different products.
