Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Involved shadowing employees in chosen division, hearing insightful discussions and talks from seasoned and experienced senior managers and partners, gaining more insight into diversity and inclusion at KPMG, partaking in different team challenges, Assessment centre on final day.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

Very interesting and there was a platform for you to ask all the questions you could think of. Was able to see what your desired division did on a day to day basis.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?

Very much enjoyed the whole process from networking to new individuals to gaining more insight and expertise in audit which was very in depth and interesting.
