Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Overall, the insight was extremely interesting. I found that each day had a different focus that was equally as helpful. The layout of the insight was split between company insights and divisional insights. As well as, including simulation and team exercises which increased the interactivity of the day. Speakers ranged from senior managers to junior analysts. This gave a range of perspectives about the company
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
I think learning about the business and potential roles really helped me define my career aspirations. It really created a strong foundation of understanding in my division. As well as, what in particular distinguishes the company.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The company culture was presented as very meritocratic. I think everyone echoed it creates a collaborative environment that is very much about giving back to the company and society as a whole.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I enjoyed the insight to a large extent. I think it gave real insight into what it would be like to work at the company from first hand experiences. It also trained and prepared me with transferrable skills which will be valuable in life.
