Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
We had a timetable for the two days, which involved learning competency skills and personal development, developing our online LinkedIn profile, anf finally planning and presenting a short lesson.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
There were many people involved who could explain different aspects of what an internship at Teach First could lead to. The daily tasks where not too complicated, but gave me a good understanding of what it would be like to teach, as well as work in an office and interact in a professional manner everyday.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was very friendly, casual but professional. It was important that everyone got to know each other and interacted in a friendly manner, The office spaces were very modern and clean.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Teach First
It is a free two day taster programme so there is nothing to lose. It can give you an idea of an alternative option for you career that you may not have thought about. It helped develop more skills than just teaching, and had a lot more to offer than expected.
