Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

On a day-to.day basis, we saw various presentations from different business areas at UBS and had dedicated networking sessions with employees from each of those divisions.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was a really eye-opening experiences to see how many different roles there were available at UBS. Beforehand, I would not have expected there to be so many different positions which were extremely niche sometimes.

Through participation in interactive workshops, we were enabled to test and develop our understanding in an M&A and a Trading simulation, both of which were run by AmplifyMe.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

Particularly because of the company culture, UBS has left a lasting, extremely positive impression on me and it would be a dream come true for me to return next summer.
