Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Opening talk and outline of the day ahead. Breakfast whilst networking from different members of the bank. Then a business session by one of the four business area of the bank is hosted. Following on from that lunch whilst networking with employees again. Typically after that a personal development session will be hosted eg. Personal Branding.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very insightful. Initially, a general overview was provided then we were able to ask questions and delve deeper into the areas. Employees were able to give first hand insights and anecdotes which were helpful
