Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
- Through my time, I moved up within the team to train new starters and co-lead the team setting out to introduce new systems to how customers can interact with us on a one-to-one instant webchat service.
- Varying tasks as I was brought in to learn of the management structure of the company and complete tasks directly impacting the day to day running of the business.
