Everyone was always willing to help as it is a challenging job and takes over 6 months to fully learn the role with confidence.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Quite micro managed but as it is a customer service role this is normally the company culture. Stressful job and need to be on the ball with clients at all times.

I enjoyed the social however the work could be very overwhelming sometimes, especially during tax year end/beginning.
