Women in Technology Insight Programme Review

The KPMG Women in Technology insight program was a comprehensive three-day experience. Each day was packed with valuable sessions, including leadership panels and learning about employee networks, diversity and inclusion, ESG, and KPMG's values. We also engaged in skill sessions, network showcases, preparation for assessment centers as well as a beginner coding class! The highlight was the Launch Pad, which included group discussions, technology presentations, and discussions on the role of innovation in business, with the opportunity to secure a place for next summer. In conclusion, it was an enriching blend of learning, networking, and hands-on activities.

Exploring the depths of KPMG's business and the array of potential roles was incredibly enlightening. It provided a holistic view of the organization's operations, values, and objectives. Learning about diverse roles available, from consulting to innovation, was inspiring. It allowed me to align my skills and aspirations with KPMG's dynamic workflow.
