A lot of responsibility is given.
It starts of working collaboratively with your mentor but when you're ready progresses onto managing brands more on your own.
The pace of this is very comfortable and its nice to be trusted with the responsibility

Navigating new platforms (Amazon)
Running successful advertising campaigns
Run client meetings - Developed communication skills
What key metric to look for when compiling market research
More proficient at Excel and creating complex reports
As well as more general skills like time management, confidence, proactiveness

A lot of support is available.
As mentioned you work closely with your mentor and will also have a support network around you who you are able to ask for help if needed.

Very friendly and relaxed. There is a video call every morning which is often a relaxed place to talk to everyone and discuss general topics away from work.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement at This Way Up - all members of the team were welcoming and supportive and I learnt a lot new skills. I was able to put the theory from university into a more practical environment.
