Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

As a business analyst I spent a lot of time on calls aligning with clients on issues and design considerations, and time white boarding and collaborating with team members to come up with creative and effective solutions

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given lots of responsibility in an appropriate and timely manner. I initially completed routine tasks and after proving I was capable of this I was moved on to more challenging and rewarding things.

I had a dedicated point of contact who was an amazing help throughout, and allowed me to ask anything I required help with anytime. There was also ample opportunity to discuss with team members if there was ever an issue.

Company Culture

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The company culture was inclusive, innovative, fun and engaging. Everyone I got the chance to work with loved their job and this was reflected in the work they did.
