Collaborating with the team on multiple projects related to the issuance of Acquisition Debt in Energy & Infrastructure, engaging in due diligence analysis, debt sculpting / cash flow waterfall modeling, and production of slides to pitch the transactions to the credit committee for internal approval

What advice would you give to others applying to Nomura
When applying, try to understand the unique features of the bank: for example, it is a pure Investment Bank, since its activity in EMEA is not based on funds collected via deposits, which affects the strategic positioning of the bank. Additionally, reach out to understand the culture of the Company. When joining Nomura, stay proactive to gain exposure to as many transactions as possible
