Marketing Intern Review

My responsibilities included supporting the team and leading projects such as:
- Events
- Marketing campaigns and customer communications
- Budget planning
- Making the office a more customer-oriented space
- Rebranding marketing materials (after brand refresh)
- CRM
- Aligning with various agencies (marketing, telemarketing, digital, events, etc.)
- Merchandise
- and any administrative tasks.

Starting from the first week, I felt that my opinion was valued. My team involved me in various meetings and asked for my thoughts on almost everything. Steadily, they not only involved me in important projects (affecting the company sales, profits and reputation), but also let me lead some of them.

I had a dedicated member from my team who introduced me to everything (as I didn't have a previous intern to do a handover). I knew I could rely on them throughout the whole placement. I was also not afraid to ask people from different teams for help when I needed it (and everyone was happy to support).

The company culture is very people-focused. How we feel as people is at the top of senior management priorities and this results in a very warm atmosphere where everyone is happy to do their job. I feel safe at the workplace and I know I can rely on a lot of people when I need them.

This was an unforgettable year. I got so much experience and knowledge out of it. The social relationships I developed will be useful in the future and I can definitely say I found people who helped me develop personally and professionally.
