Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was a one day event starting with a welcome and talk by a partner from EY, we were told about diversity and inclusiveness at EY, there was a Q and A with a panel, a case study and talks from guests in diversity and how to build a personal brand.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Very informative, they highlighted the offices EY has across the country, the various divisions within EY and how the interconnect, aswell as the opportunities available having completed the Discover EY program.

The application to the Discover EY program was a great way to learn and experience online testing. During the day you definitley improved and learned techniques for building a better personal brand and overcoming adversity.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone who talked during the event was friendly and stressed how EY values its employees as people not merely a workforce. The people running the event were especially helpful with any technical issues which was really reassuring.
