Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
9am check in and 4pm check out. In between a few teams meetings on many topics such as audit, tax, commercial awareness, personal branding. Also had a group project using a SWOT analysis on a company and a chance to speak to a mentor 1 on 1 about their journey and experience
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really interesting to see all the different backgrounds and journeys to speakers had been on to get where they are today, which really highlighted the diversity of the company. Also informed us of an ambassador role and open positions available to apply for in the company
