Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was begun with a EY Partner Welcome, sharing about their work experience and thoughts in EY. We had a panel discussion with EY's stuff and an overview of what Assurance looks like in EY. Then, we held case study session in small groups.Finally, professor delivered an excellent talk on building personal brand.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
After having a general overview over the business, I have better insight over what roles best suit me and what to choose in the future. The business culture presented is quite attractive, which allows me to better engage into the business.

I learn much fresh knowledge over Assurance service line. The insight helped me to build more confidence, enhanced my communication skills with peers. I also firstly learn about how to build an impressive personal brand.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
The culture in the company is open and inclusive. People with different kinds of characteristics can all find their best roles in the company, and to effectively show talents as much as possible. The general atmosphere is relaxing but filled with professions.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed the insight because I absorbed lots of fresh knowledge about different roles in the business. It also provides great opportunities for us to social with other peers. The business culture and atmosphere do attract me a lot. Overall, the insight for me was quite a wonderful experience.
