Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Varies immensely depending on the team you are in. Initially, I was not allocated a team therefore had to go out of my way to network and be given/find work to do. I was invited to meetings with wider colleagues, but also scheduled my own catch up meetings to network and gain career advice.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Most staff are very happy to help and chat about future options. There seems to be a lot of opportunity to move around the business once you are in, again is very much up to you to network internally and find more opportunities.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very good culture. Could definitely do with more communication between early careers and colleagues in the offices, this oversight made my first few days particularly difficult. However, once I was settled and became more involved I am assured that the company culture is great, I really enjoy being around the office.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the insight. The colleagues that I met really made my experience what it was, and I leave with so many memories and a vast skillset.
