Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The insight was for Women in Technology, where we were given an insight into Deloitte from the its Technology side. This included, for example, Digital, Consulting, AI or Data Science. We participated in multiple group activities, were given talks and presentations and had a chance to Q&A network with employees. At the end of the first day we had a networking dinner at a hotel.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really insightful, I could easily make a decision on which division I want to apply to after the Spring Insight. I understood the business and roles well thanks to talking to employees from various parts of the company. The presentations during the programme as well as quizzes throughout it were were concise and clearly described Deloitte as a company.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
I learned a lot about Deloitte and what they do in Technology division there what helped me a lot during my fast-tacked interview and while choosing if I truly belong to the company. We had a lot of workshops developing soft skills like presentation, networking, SWOT Analysis or planning. It was a really good opportunity to network with other participants and employees.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, happily answered questions and helped me when I needed. From what other employees said Deloitte has an excellent and diverse culture that I could see myself be a part of.

Be yourself! Prepare well for every part of the recruitment process, even the online assessments as they can be very challenging. Make sure you know what the company does, why you want to work there and what differentiates you from other applicants. Read job description very carefully!
