Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
The role involves both network and workspace work. Day-to-day work involves raising SAP order, patch-depatch Ethernet cables, dealing with facility change request and solving basic IT questions. No programming is involved in this role.

Yes, I'm responsible for raising all the orders in my team, which involve big value orders.
