Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
I was able to attend a Q&A session and panel with tax professionals at Deloitte. I learned more about the different types of tax, responsibilities of a tax consultant, and Deloitte's values.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was really great. The Early Careers Team told us about the different roles they had open for the summer vacation scheme and discussed what each role would entail.

I have developed a more analytical mindset and improved my presentation and communication skills. Deloitte also taught us how to conduct a SWOT and PESTEL analysis.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I thoroughly enjoyed the Insight Programme at Deloitte. The organizers were thoughtful in incorporating engaging activities such as icebreakers, a networking dinner, and fun sessions like a tax quiz. These additions enhanced the overall experience and provided valuable opportunities to connect with others while learning in an enjoyable atmosphere.
