Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The Spring Into Deloitte Programme provided detailed insights into numerous sectors where I was able to interact with Deloitte employees. The programme had skill based workshops which are essential for future development such as networking, growth mindset and commercial awareness. There was a group activity where we focused on a business area and advised a company on their best development options and presented this to the Deloitte employees.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Learning about the business areas and roles was very insightful as it provided me with a clearer insight into what sector I am most suited to.
