Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
The first day involved ice breakers, an overall introduction to Deloitte, guest speakers within Technology at Deloitte and some personal skills development sessions (i.e. learning about the growth mindset). We ended the day with a networking dinner. The second day involved more presentations and Q&A sessions from Deloitte employees and recent grads. We also worked on several case studies and presented our own slide deck to a panel.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was quite beneficial to gain a proper insight into the work done at Deloitte, and also to hear from recent grads about their experiences and the projects that they have worked on since starting their jobs within the different divisions of Technology at Deloitte.
