Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
It was an excellent program in which we were able to listen to employees talk about working for Deloitte whilst also presenting a case study in which we consulted a company. Additionally we learn about SWOT analysis and PESTEL and were able to apply it to this case study. We presented to Deloitte employees discussing potential careers at the firm for university graduates.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very interesting to understand about the different roles at Deloitte in consulting, risk advisory, audit, financial advisory and tax, especially as we received an overview from an employee working in each one of these divisions.

I was able to develop my communication skills by working in a team to deliver presentations. Furthermore, my analytical skills have improved by utilising SWOT Analysis as well as PESTEL to analyse companies.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Very inclusive atmosphere. The employees heavily emphasised the firms DEI initiatives as well as the employees and other spring interns being very welcoming and helpful.
