Overview of Experience

Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.

Each day we were given the opportunity to learn about Deloittes business streams and its place in the industry from employees, particularly prominent women in the business. We were also given an insight into what culture was like.
We were then given opportunities to learn more about each other and build professional skills through group projects and presentations. There was many opportunities to network also.

What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?

It was very intriguing learning about different streams and service lines in the business and how they interact as well as the qualifications that we would have the opportunity to obtain in each stream.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?

The atmosphere was very welcoming and positive. Everyone was eager to learn and the people running it were friendly, open and excited to learn more about us.
