Overview of Role
Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Tech transformation analyst - worked in a project management support role (which differs project to project). I supported on pulling performance metrics of the project, project financials, contractual changes and negotiations, social value and how we maximise this.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes, especially in the second half. I was responsible for organsing a 3 day project get-together in another country.
I've been responsible for leading client calls and sometimes i'll be the only person from my company there. I will then communicate back and forth with the client and come up with any necessary solutions

I've developed my soft skills greatly, such as communication, organisation, presenting, logical thinking and problem solving.
I've learnt new skills such as using Atlassian software, learning about the project commercials and how a project is run, and general technology skills developing.

Lots, especially at the start. The onboarding/ induction process is really well thought out and makes you feel supported and comfortable.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Company atmosphere and culture was great, very much focussed on high quality work but also a very people focussed environment.
As an employee i always felt my wellbeing was a priority to the firm, and rarely had to work long hours.
