Yes, there was a large element of trust within the work office.
Seniors were not surveilling when they were not helping you
There was the expectation that you were honest and if you were stuck or had nothing to do, there was the support from your counsellor and/or your assigned buddy
Autonomy on client work was extensive considering the fact I was technically the lowest in the hierarchy, EY has a very flat structure
