You rotate within 3 teams over the 4 weeks, so get exposure to many different types of work going on. You join a lot of meetings and have research tasks to do and then have a presentation to prepare and present in the last week

You were given bits of responsibility, but it was hard to get anything too much without tax specialist knowledge

We we're given a lot of support, starting with a buddy and a counsellor and everyone was friendly so you could go to anyone for help needed
