Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Shadowing team members, completing availability schedules, Putting together comp tables, calling agents, attending and hosting launches, networking events and going on viewing tours.
Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?
Yes I was given a lot of responsibility during my role. I was given tasks to complete and then left to my own devices said complete these tasks. I also went looking for work, as this is a way to get more involved in the team and therefore gain further responsibility.

Improved excel, outlook, PowerPoint skills. I have also improved my networking skills. I have a greater knowledge of the real estate industry and gained an further insight into the world of commercial real estate.

I thoroughly enjoyed my placement. It was a great experience and i hope one day to come back and work for Cushman and Wakefield in a full time role.

What advice would you give to others applying to Cushman & Wakefield
Have things on your CV that differentiate you from the competition. Work experience is great but working in a bar for 8 months or climbing Mount Everest is much more of an achievement.
