Summer Intern Review

Working within a team specialising in Central London Office Valuations, undertaking portfolio and secured lending instructions. I helped to provide comprehensive valuation, appraisal and due dilligence advice to a number of institutional clients and private investors.
Also attend online and in person events to assist with my knowledge growth. These focuses on other areas of the company, building a personal brand and pitching to name a few.

Yes. I helped on real tasks throughout. Including helping to produce extensive valuation reports, completing research, attending site inspections, attending building viewings, launches, and talks.

Great support from my line manager. I was directly under a more junior member of staff which meant that whilst they still had a lot of experience and could assist my learning effectively, they also had more free time to be able to help me.
At the beginning of my internship, my line manager and I set out what I wanted to achieve and gain through this experience. We focused on these throughout.
