Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

A typical day is conducted of a site inspections in the morning then in the afternoon write up a report on the survey we conducted. Surveys can range from TDD, snagging, Dilaps and more.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

I was given a large amount of responsibility which was surprising for such a short internship. Responsibilities included taking the lead on some surveys.

Improved my knowledge of Outlook, teams and Excel. Along with an understanding of what is required from different surveys.
