What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
Scheme was held as NQ positions had recently been announced, so it was an interesting insight to see how the roles evolve as your legal career progresses.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
Culture was really welcoming, Trainee's in particular were welcoming and happy to helpful with questions.
Partners in my specific department were very busy, which did make it hard to schedule time to talk to them, however this was not across the board and only in select departments.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BCLP
Really understand the work that the firm does, and ensure that your application is tailored to the firm to help you stand out. Everyone on the scheme had a unique reason as to why they applied to BCLP and whilst they were all different, it showcased that the firm looks for individuality in it's cohort.
