Overview of Experience
Please give an overview of the insight and what was involved on a day-to-day basis.
Plenty of insight sessions on the different business areas at UBS, some networking sessions with employees and the cohort, as well as some presentations on the culture at UBS. At the end, we were given some helpful tips on acing interviews and what to expect in the next few months.
What was it like understanding all about the business and potential roles available?
It was very comprehensive, the program covered almost all the main business areas except Group Research.

What was the company culture and general atmosphere like?
It was generally very friendly and people were very open to answering any questions you have. It would have been easier to get a gist of the culture if it was in-person, but I think you could still get a good understanding of the culture albeit virtual.

To what extent did you enjoy the insight?
I really enjoyed it. Graduate recruitment was very helpful throughout the programme and I learned many new things everyday.
