Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.
Transport shift manager - ensure loads are collected from customer sites and delivered into depots/stores on time and in a safe way, as well as manage fleet compliance and a team of drivers.
Warehouse shift manager - ensure loads are loaded on time safety and in line with regulations through effectively managing team of warehouse operatives.

You are treated as a shift manager and given responsibilities of a shift manager allowing for a real experience whilst being provided with support to complete tasks.
