Manage customer orders, work with business systems and build practical skills while earning an SCQF Level 6 qualification.

As this part of our business grows, we are seeking a passionate individual to join our dedicated team in Edinburgh, working from our purpose-built workspace.

Responsibilities

• Log, triage and manage customer sales orders through Vantage Online and associated business systems, ensuring all information is processed accurately and updated throughout the customer journey
• Raise purchase orders, coordinate supplier communications and maintain accurate customer, product and order records across digital platforms to support effective workflow management
• Train to become a key user and super user of Vantage Online and associated business applications, supporting colleagues and promoting best practice in system usage and data management
• Utilise Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word to manage communications, produce reports, analyse data and support day-to-day operational activities
• Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement and Logistics teams to coordinate orders, resolve queries and ensure excellent customer service and operational performance
• Monitor order progress, deliveries, contracts and customer records through digital systems, providing timely updates and ensuring documentation remains accurate, compliant and audit-ready
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance digital processes, streamline workflows and improve the effectiveness of business systems and reporting tools
