The Role

As a Supply Chain Intern, you’ll play a key role in our dynamic Operations teams, helping to craft, source, produce, and deliver sustainable beauty to millions.

Day-to-day, you may be:

• Demand & Supply Planning: Analysing sales forecasts and historical data to build robust demand plans and secure product availability.
• Inventory Management: Optimizing stock levels, managing product lifecycles, and minimizing obsolete inventory.
• Collaboration & Tracking: Partnering with transport, warehousing, commercial, marketing, and plant teams to monitor delivery performance and resolve supply challenges proactively.

To Succeed In This Role, You’ll Need

• An analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong Excel skills and a proactive approach to data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to partner effectively across multiple teams.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• The ability to work autonomously.
• You are in your second year at university on a course that includes an Industrial Placement Year (if you have already graduated, please check out our graduate roles instead!).
