Rolls Royce Motor Cars, Goodwood, Pricing - Placement Year (July 2027)

You will be working in the Parts Pricing environment of Aftersales for Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and you will be supporting Pricing Team. You will be exposed to all aspects of pricing management and pricing structure at Rolls-Royce Ownership Services Department. You will be working with everything that influences prices of our spare parts: currency fluctuations, transport fees, customer demands, current market situations and many more. You will also have an opportunity to implement ideas and improvements that would positively influence our profit margins.

What awaits you?

  • Work across marketing, service, warranty, and business steering while serving as the primary contact for the dealer network, area managers, and internal/external partners.
  • Play a key role in continuing improvement of the Pricing Process; contribute ideas to shape the future of Pricing Management and support IT, process, and data analysis efforts.
  • Support analysis, planning, and implementation of pricing initiatives as part of the Pricing Team.
  • Attend accessory meetings to participate in the development of new premium accessories and contribute to pricing strategy discussions with Finance.
  • Get early access to new accessories and provide market-ready insights before they reach customers.
  • Join an enthusiastic team focused on continuous improvement and outstanding customer service in an office-based environment.

What should you bring along?

  • Undergraduate degree, preferably in Economics / Finance / Accounting
  • Fluent in English
  • Competent in MS Office, with specific experience in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interested in working within a customer orientated environment
  • Affinity to data analysis and problem solving
  • Interested in learning how to design and implement changes within the SAP environment to support business processes
  • Desire to continuously improve processes
  • Good eye to detail and analytical approach
