Programme overview
On the three-and-a-half-year Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate Programme at EY in Northern Ireland, you’ll shape the future by helping clients navigate complex tax challenges using innovative technology and data-driven strategies. You’ll build confidence and future-focused skills to deliver scalable, impactful tax solutions. What will you be doing?
- Over the course of the Graduate Programme, you will complete the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ireland (ICAI) pathway, working towards the Chartered Accountant (ACA) qualification while gaining experience on Tax Technology projects.
- Use cutting-edge data, digital tools, and tax transformation technologies to analyse data and tax processes to identify opportunities for innovation and efficiency within clients' Tax functions.
- Solve evolving regulatory and business problems and advise on implementing tax technology and transformation strategies.
- Build your skills and confidence using platforms such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI through hands-on experience, continuous learning, and coaching in a future-focused environment.
