Programme overview

On the Tax Graduate Programme, you’ll shape the future with confidence, helping clients navigate evolving tax laws that impact every aspect of society. Working with organisations from start-ups to global multinationals, you’ll collaborate with technologists and tax specialists, using innovative, agile approaches to deliver tailored solutions, build future-focused skills, and make a real impact on businesses and communities.

  • Collaboration - Work as part of a team, building relationships as you contribute to client work and a group case study.
  • Analytical Thinking - Make sense of financial information and client data to support tax work and identify risks or inconsistencies.
  • Adaptability - Stay organised and flexible as you balance tasks, learning sessions and case study deadlines during a fast-paced programme.
  • Ownership and Accountability - Deliver accurate work you can stand behind, taking feedback on board to improve quality and confidence.
  • Digital Fluency - Use technology and data in a practical way to support how tax work is delivered and solutions are developed.

What will you be doing

  • Support teams with real client work by preparing and checking information that feeds into tax deliverables and risk considerations.
  • Learn how Tax impacts organisations and society, including how we advise on tax affairs, tax risk policies, sustainability strategies and the use of technology in delivery.
  • Build important relationships with clients through meetings and day-to-day work.
  • Receive regular mentoring to allow you to eventually coach and manage onshore junior and offshore resource to facilitate the delivery of your work.
