Job Description

About the job you’re considering

Be part of something bigger from day one, working on real projects, solving real challenges, and helping organisations improve the products, services and experiences they deliver to customers.

As a Customer Experience (CX) Analyst, you'll begin your career developing core business analysis skills while gaining exposure to product management, Agile delivery and performance analytics. Working alongside experienced professionals, you'll help teams understand customer and business needs, analyse challenges, identify opportunities for improvement and support the delivery of customer-focused change.

We're looking for curious, analytical and motivated individuals who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with others and learning new skills. Previous experience isn't essential; we're more interested in your potential, attitude and willingness to develop. At Capgemini, we are helping shape a new age of intelligence, partnering with clients across industries to harness AI, technology, and human potential to drive meaningful change.

You'll join a large and supportive community of Graduates and Apprentices across the business, giving you opportunities to learn, collaborate and build your professional network from day one.

This role is based in either Telford or Hove, and you'll typically be in the office up to 3 days a week, so you'll need to be within commuting distance of your chosen location. The nature of this role requires you to work on a secure site. If this isn't a suitable location for you, we encourage you to explore our other graduate opportunities across Capgemini, which are available at various locations throughout the UK.

What you will bring

As a CX Analyst, you'll support teams in understanding business challenges, customer needs and desired outcomes. You'll help gather and analyse information, define requirements and contribute to the improvement of products, services and business processes.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Supporting discovery activities to understand business objectives, customer needs and operational challenges.
  • Gathering, documenting and validating requirements with stakeholders.
  • Creating user stories, process maps, customer journey maps and other project deliverables.
  • Using data, customer feedback and performance measures to support decision-making and measure outcomes.
  • Supporting product teams with backlog management, prioritisation and continuous improvement activities.
  • Participating in workshops, Agile ceremonies and collaborative working sessions.
  • Producing clear and professional documentation, presentations and reports.
  • Working closely with business analysts, product managers, delivery teams and subject matter experts.

Through hands-on experience, training and mentoring, you'll develop the skills, confidence and stakeholder expertise needed to support business change and progress into Business Analyst, Product Analyst and consulting roles.

Graduate Development Experience

Our graduate experience is designed to help you build the skills, mindset, and confidence to thrive in a rapidly evolving, AI-enabled world. From day one, you'll be part of a community focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering accelerated solutions for our clients.

Through a combination of professional and technical development, client experience, and mentorship, you’ll develop the capabilities to solve complex challenges, innovate with confidence, and contribute from the very start of your career. Supercharge your development with access to our best-in-class content providers and technology partners including Harvard Business, Microsoft, OpenAI, and more.

Built around modules that encourage you to think creatively, embrace new technologies and turn ideas into meaningful impact. You’ll work alongside leaders and experts to build future-focused skills that prepare you for long-term success in technology, business, and consulting careers.
