• You’ll get to work across our categories in a series of rotations designed to give you breadth and depth of knowledge, exposure to industry experts and develop a whole host of skills.
• The commercial function is responsible for identifying consumer trends and launching compelling new confectionery products to meet these new needs. It is an exciting area of our business where you will get to be responsible for some of the country's best loved brands.
• You will be based at our UK Head Office in Uxbridge on the outskirts of London during the scheme, where you will get to work across categories including chocolate, biscuits, gum and candy and cheese.

Rotations are 12 months long and include:

• Sales Revenue Planning – Working with our internal sales team to maximize the revenue potential through promotions, stocking and positioning of products. Creating sales forecasts and analysis.
• Category Development - Analysing strengths and opportunities in the markets in which we operate whilst also spotting upcoming trends and opportunities for us to take advantage of and grow our market share.
• Customer Development Executive – Working with our large retail customers, managing and growing relationships, ensuring that sales are maximized.

Candidate Requirements

• Mobility to relocate - we ask for all Graduates to be flexible and willing to relocate for different roles, this may be domestically and/or internationally
• A strong interest in FMCG
• This position does not meet the minimum salary requirements for Skilled Worker visa sponsorship. Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants who require sponsorship. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK.

Salary and Benefits

• Starting salary: £35,000 plus £2,000 sign-on bonus.
• In return for your commitment, drive and enthusiasm, we offer our Graduates an attractive benefits package within a highly successful international business which includes bi-annual pay reviews, performance related bonus, 35 days annual leave (including bank holidays), flexible working, contributory pension, life assurance, and a flexible benefits programme.
• Reasonable travel expenses will be covered for the final stage assessment centre.

We will be holding our final stage assessment centre for this role in-person at our Bournville offices on Thursday 19th of November and Friday 20th of November 2026. Reasonable travel expenses will be covered.
