2027 Graduate Infrastructure Surveyor - Nottingham

The Role

• We are looking for ambitious students with a background in/knowledge of the sector to join our growing Infrastructure teams in Nottingham, London and Bristol on a 3-year Graduate Programme.
• Society faces a range of complex challenges, including housing shortages, the transition to cleaner energy, climate adaptation, biodiversity enhancement and the need for sustainable infrastructure.
• Within our Infrastructure team, we help clients and communities respond to these challenges across both urban and rural environments.
• It's a fascinating and varied area of work, offering the opportunity to contribute to projects that have a lasting impact on people, places and the environment.

What will it take to be successful?

• We're looking for ambitious and enthusiastic individuals who are studying towards a relevant RICS-accredited degree and have an interest in the infrastructure property sector.
• Experience within surveying, particularly exposure to valuation or compulsory purchase, is beneficial, but it's your attitude, potential and willingness to learn that will set you apart.
• The successful candidate will be a confident communicator, an inquisitive thinker and a natural problem solver who enjoys working with others to achieve shared goals.
• You'll be highly motivated, keen to develop your skills and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.
