This programme is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the property industry and offers valuable insights into the experience of being an apprentice here at Savills.
Dates: Monday 26th October – Thursday 29th October 2026
Purpose
Explore the dynamic world of real estate with Savills through our engaging Virtual Apprenticeship Insight Programme. This programme is designed to give you a comprehensive introduction to the property industry and offers valuable insights into the experience of being an apprentice here at Savills.
Applicants must be aged 16 or over and have completed their GCSEs, be currently in Year 12 or Year 13 (first or second year of college), or have progressed beyond this stage in their education.
What to Expect
This opportunity is perfect for students looking to gain an understanding of the real estate industry or those considering an apprenticeship in property. Here is what you can expect from the programme:
- Interactive Activities - Participate in hands on tasks and challenges designed to give you practical insight into the day-to-day responsibilities of an apprentice here at Savills.
- Career Pathways - Discover various career opportunities at Savills and receive guidance on how to pursue a successful career in the real estate sector.
- Live Webinars - Learn directly from industry experts in real-time sessions covering key areas of real estate, including property management, residential sales, and sustainability. Additionally, hear valuable recruitment tips straight from the Apprenticeship Team to equip you for any future applications you make.
At the start of the programme, you will be registered on our online learning platform, granting you access to the four day programme. You will be able to work through the programme at your own pace, but attendance at the live sessions throughout the week is required. The sessions will take place between 9.00am – 5.30pm.
You will also be added to a dedicated Microsoft Teams Channel, allowing easy communication with the Apprenticeship Team throughout the duration of the programme.
Work Towards Recognised AQA Unit Awards
During your Virtual Work Experience programme, you’ll be working towards five AQA Unit Awards. To achieve these, you’ll develop and demonstrate key employability skills, including teamwork, communication, organisation, and self‑management throughout the week.
Every activity you take part in - from group discussions and practical tasks to presentations and your final group project - will contribute to building the evidence needed for your awards and if you successfully complete the programme you will receive certificates from AQA.
