Programme overview
Programme Dates: Monday 5th - Tuesday 6th April
If you are an ambitious, high achieving candidate in your first year of university or second year of a four-year course (graduating in 2029), and would like a unique insight into the exciting career opportunities at a leading global investment bank, then you should apply to our new Discover Nomura Programme.
Challenge yourself by increasing your exposure to our front office divisions: Investment Banking or Global Markets, where you will have the chance to experience some of the most important business functions within an investment bank and understand the fundamental practices and principles of the business. You will gain real-life insight into a fast-paced environment; meet new people and develop a valuable network for career information and direct support.
The Discover Nomura will be a two-day unpaid internship working gaining identify valuable career development skills, meeting new people and developing a network for career information and support.
At the end of the Discover Programme, you will have the opportunity to be fast-tracked to interviews for the 2028 Investment Banking or Global Markets Summer Internship Programme.

To apply for the Discover Nomura Programme, candidates should be graduating in 2029.
Fluency in English is essential.

We recruit on a rolling basis and encourage applicants to apply early.
