Your role:

Interested in working in finance, specifically in the area of tech support, but not sure where to start? Do you want to work for a firm with a truly global footprint?

We're looking for ambitious students to join our 2027 Apprenticeship Program within our Group Technology Office.

You’ll get to:

• design, develop and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• provide transparency across data quality, data flows and current issues to ensure applications are of the highest standards

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Group Technology Office located in London. We’re responsible for sourcing, developing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting world-class technology solutions. We’re a global organization with multiple streams that align with each of the key functional areas within UBS to ensure that our solutions meet business needs.

Your expertise:

We’re looking for a candidate who:

• has completed their A-levels (or equivalent) between 2025 and September 2027
• has achieved ABB as well as GCSEs (or equivalent) in English Language (Grade 5) and Mathematics (Grade 6)
• has values that align with ours: hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative
• is a strategic thinker with strong communication skills
• is motivated to work in a business with high demands and tight deadlines

We’re looking for someone who’s curious and wants to thrive in a business that never stops moving. It’s important to have an interest in the financial industry. We want to see what makes you unique and discover what you can bring to our team.

Your program:

This apprenticeship will last 4 years, and you’ll work with our experts to learn about the industry, our clients and our firm. At the heart of our business, you’ll learn from your colleagues, taking part in day-to-day operations. With the University of Exeter, you'll work towards gaining a BSc (Honours) Digital and Technology Solutions degree apprenticeship. This course is studied through a mix of on-campus residential teaching, e-learning and real-world projects. You’ll also have plenty of opportunities to develop new skills and make contacts along the way. If you like challenges, enjoy learning and want to work where no two days are the same, this program is for you.

Here, you’ll work towards gaining a BSc (Honours) in Digital and Technology Solutions with the University of Exeter.
